Luc Grare is the Head of Central and Eastern Europe at Lhyfe, where he also steers the company's strategic direction. Lhyfe, headquartered in Nantes, France, is a pioneering producer of green hydrogen. Before joining Lhyfe, Luc was the Global Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Nel, a world leader in electrolysis technology and hydrogen fueling stations. With over 12 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, he has been instrumental in driving growth and innovation. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President of Global Sales & Marketing at REC, a Norwegian solar panel manufacturer, where he also led the company�s EMEA operations as Managing Director in Munich. Prior to that, he spent seven years as Commercial Director at LG Electronics. Luc was a board member of SolarPower Europe, the European solar association, until March 2017. He remains deeply involved in the renewable energy ecosystem, serving as a coach and selection panel member at TechTour and frequently speaking at conferences on decarbonization and clean tech startups.
